To further enhance workplace safety management, strengthen safety awareness across all staff, and protect the safety of employees and assets, Changfeng New Materials launched a Safety Production Month campaign in June under the theme "Safety for All, Response by Everyone — Keep Emergency Routes Clear".

This campaign follows the management principle of "Safety First, Prevention Focused, Comprehensive Governance", with a people-centred approach to safety development. Aligned with our actual production conditions, we aim to promote a strong safety culture, raise awareness of safety laws and regulations, and improve the safety competency of all employees.
Key Focus Areas of the Campaign
Raise safety awareness across all staff, making safe production a conscious habit for every employee
Ensure full implementation of safety measures at every position, eliminate hazards and reduce accident rates
Strengthen safety training to improve employees’ safety skills and emergency response capabilities
Promote safety laws and regulations, reinforce compliance, and uphold the organisation’s safety reputation
The campaign is structured in three phases: 1. Awareness, Warning and Education (01/06–10/06); 2. Hazard Inspection, Rectification and Emergency Drills (11/06–27/06); 3. Campaign Review (28/06–30/06). Throughout the campaign, the Safety Production Month leading group will guide all teams in improving safety equipment, inspecting and rectifying hazards, and delivering safety education and training to enhance safety awareness and skills across the workforce.
